AC/DC concert in Dublin in 2015

From April 2015 AC/DC will be on a world tour supporting the band’s latest album the Rock or Bust. During the tour the band will give a huge gig in Dublin as well.

AC/DC is an Australian hard rock band which was formed by the brothers, Malcolm and Angus Young in 1973. The current line up of the band consists Angus Young, Phil Rudd, Cliff Williams, Brian Johnson, Stevie Young and Chris Slade.

So after the band released the latest album, Rock or Bust in 2015 it will be on a world wide concert tour from the beginning of April in 2015. The tour will start on the 10th April in the USA and it will end on the 28th September in 2015. The Rock or Bust World Tour will give all together 43 concerts, 28 in Europe and 15 in North America.

The AC/DC concert in Dublin will be on Wednesday on the 1st July in 2015 at the Aviva Stadium. The next concert of the Australian rock band will be in London on Saturday on the 4th July in 2015. Tickets for the concerts are already available.

Roger Waters concert in Dublin

If you were ever interested in rock music, you definitely know Roger Water’s name, but if you weren’t, the name, Pink Floyd must be familiar for you. These two names are intertwined in the years, because Roger Waters was the major song writer, one singer and the bass guitar player of this band.

The creator of the album, The Wall, was born in near to Leatherhead, in Great Boogham, in 6 September 1943. His father died in Anzio in 1944, then little Roger was only five months old, but we could find this occasion’s imprints in his works.

The Pink Floyd formed in 1963, their members in addition to Waters, were the singer – guitarist – song writer Syd Barrett, Richard Wright and Nick Mason. Their first album was already successful in the circle of fans and critics, and it was the most popular British band next to The Beatles. Roger Waters has started his solo career in 1985. He made one of the greatest concerts of the rock history; it was The Wall performance in Berlin, in 1990. He released three solo album, but of course he played Pink Floyd songs too at his concerts.
