New river cruises in Dublin

Dubin Duck tour

For a long time, there have not been too many tours available for those wanting to enjoy some hours on the River Liffey in Dublin. Luckily this is changing, and we can now present two new available tours for you as a tourist coming to Dublin wanting to spend some time on the River Liffey.

If you come with your family, then maybe the Duck tour is for you. Here you can enjoy riding with an amphibian boat/car, and you will enjoy the ride both on the road and in the water. You can see Dublin Castle, St. Patricks Cathedral, and other sights along the way, and you will even were a helmet! Sounds cool? Or stupid? More information about the trip can be found here.

If you feel hungry instead and would like to enjoy a three-course dinner on the River Liffey, then take a ride with Guinness Canal Barge MV Cadhla. This is a copy of the boats originally transporting Guinness on the river in the 1920s, and today you can enjoy dinner onboard the boat. A licensed guide will also be there to give you useful information, and if you want to buy something to drink onboard, you can do so as well. Sounds fun? Dublin spring hotels 2013

In the city where it always rains you should book a hotel with a central location. That is very practical, because when it suddenly starts to rain you can quickly get back into your hotel to find some dry clothes.

We have looked around and search on the web for hotels in Dublin with great location and good prices this spring, and here you find the results. The three listed hotels have excellent location in or near the Temple Bar area and their prices are reasonable. Do not forget that the spring season is a very popular season to visit Dublin and therefore it is recommended to book your hotel room as soon as possible, because tomorrow the hotel might be full.

Dublin hotel recommendations!

For those who come to Dublin this autumn we have some hotel recommendations to give you. There are quite a lot of hotels in Dublin, but not all of them have good locations in the centre, and not all of them have good prices. Therefore we have gathered together the names of four hotels who are all located in central Dublin and who have good prices available currently. Read more about these hotels and hopefully you will find a great place to stay in Dublin. While in Dublin, do not miss out on the cool activities available in the capital of Ireland!
